What does a social media management service actually do, day to day?
For each platform you connect, we plan and publish content, and — where you've asked us to — respond to routine activity within the scope you set. For Shopify, we keep product listings, images, and inventory current. You set the boundaries; we work inside them.
Can you manage my Shopify store and my social accounts at the same time?
Yes — most Automation clients connect Shopify alongside one or more of TikTok, Pinterest, and Instagram, so product updates and social content stay in sync.
How much does social media management cost for a small business?
Fees are scoped individually per client — a one-time setup fee, a recurring management fee, or both — because the right scope varies a lot by business. Ask us for a quote based on which platforms and how much hands-on management you need.
Is my TikTok, Instagram, or Shopify login shared with Creative Pixel?
No. Every connection goes through that platform's own official authorization flow (OAuth) — we never see or store your password, and you can revoke access at any time directly in that platform's own settings.
Can Creative Pixel also build or redesign my website?
Yes — Website Design & Build is a separate service, but many Automation clients use both.
