1. Scope
This Policy covers information collected through https://creative-pixel.com, the AI Made Simple course, Creative Pixel Automation — our social media and e-commerce management service for clients' TikTok, Shopify, Pinterest, and Instagram accounts — and our website design and build services. Creative Pixel is a sole proprietorship operated by Reginald Guilford Griffin, based at 425 West Colonial Drive, Suite 101, Orlando, Florida 32804.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Name, email address, and (if you provide it) phone number, when you enroll in the course, contact us, or engage our other services;
- Billing information, handled by our payment processor as described in Section 6;
- Any information you submit through website contact or enrollment forms.
2.2 Connected Platform Data (Automation Service Clients)
When you engage Creative Pixel Automation, you authorize us — through each platform's own login/authorization flow (such as OAuth) — to access specific data and permissions on your connected account. We only request the scopes needed to perform the services you've engaged us for. Depending on which platforms you connect, this may include:
- TikTok: your TikTok account/business identifiers, an access token issued by TikTok, and content or account data needed to publish, schedule, or manage posts on your behalf, limited to the scopes you authorize.
- Shopify: your store's domain and an Admin API access token, and store data needed to perform the service — for example product listings, images, and inventory — limited to the API scopes you authorize (such as product read/write).
- Pinterest: your Pinterest account/business identifiers, an access token issued by Pinterest, and board/pin data needed to manage your Pinterest presence on your behalf.
- Instagram: your Instagram Business or Creator account identifiers (via the Meta Graph API), an access token issued by Meta, and content/media data needed to manage your Instagram presence on your behalf.
We do not request or use connected-platform data for any purpose beyond providing the automation services you've engaged us for.
2.3 Payment Information
Payment for the course or our other services is processed by a third-party payment processor [PAYMENT PROCESSOR — not yet finalized; placeholder]. Creative Pixel does not directly collect or store your full card number or other sensitive payment card data — that is handled by the processor under its own privacy and security practices.
2.4 Website Usage Data
Our website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server access logs (such as IP address and request timestamps) for security and troubleshooting purposes. This Policy will be updated if we add analytics in the future.
2.5 Website Design & Build Clients
When you engage our website design and build services, we may also collect:
- Business and brand materials you provide for the project — for example logos, images, written copy, and business details;
- Account access you provide for setup purposes, such as hosting, domain registrar, or CMS credentials, used only to complete and launch your project;
- Communications and feedback related to the project.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the course and our other services;
- To perform the specific actions you've authorized on your connected platform accounts;
- To design, build, and launch your website, using the materials and access you provide;
- To process payments and manage enrollment or client accounts;
- To communicate with you about your course, services, or account;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. Platform-Specific Compliance
For Creative Pixel Automation clients, our use of information obtained through each platform's API is additionally governed by, and will adhere to, that platform's own developer terms and policies:
- TikTok: our use of information received from TikTok's APIs adheres to the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and TikTok's Privacy Policy, including applicable restrictions on the use, retention, and sharing of TikTok data.
- Meta / Instagram: our use of information received from Meta's APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms, including Meta's Limited Use requirements, and Meta's Developer Policies.
- Pinterest: our use of information received from Pinterest's APIs adheres to the Pinterest Developer Guidelines and Pinterest's API Terms of Use.
- Shopify: our use of information received via the Shopify Admin API adheres to the Shopify API License and Terms of Use.
5. Data Storage, Security & Retention
Connected-platform credentials are stored on access-controlled infrastructure that we operate, separate from general application data, and are not shared with personnel or systems beyond what's needed to run your automation services. Where a platform issues short-lived access tokens, we refresh them automatically rather than storing long-lived raw tokens; longer-lived credentials (such as API client credentials) are kept in restricted, access-controlled configuration rather than in application logs or databases.
We retain connected-platform data only for as long as your automation service relationship is active. If you revoke access or end services with us, we delete the associated stored credentials and any cached platform data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records longer for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
For website design and build projects, any hosting, domain, or CMS access you provide us is used only to complete the agreed work and is deleted or returned to you once your project is complete, unless you've separately engaged us for ongoing maintenance.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- The platforms themselves (TikTok, Shopify, Pinterest, Meta/Instagram), as necessary to perform the services you've authorized;
- Service providers who support our operations, such as our hosting provider, payment processor, and any hosting or domain providers involved in your website project, under obligations to protect your information;
- Law enforcement or other parties when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
7. Your Choices & Rights
- Revoke platform access: you can disconnect Creative Pixel's access to your TikTok, Shopify, Pinterest, or Instagram account at any time directly through that platform's own account or app-permissions settings, or by written request to us.
- Access, correction, or deletion: you can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal retention requirements, by contacting us at the email below.
- California, EEA/UK residents: depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR, including the right to know what personal information we hold and to request its deletion. Contact us to exercise these rights.
8. Children's Privacy
Our course and other services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Effective date" above.
10. Contact Us
